Taichung, Taiwan — Felloe Technology Ltd. has entered into discussions with Innova Rubber Co., Ltd. to co-locate a sealant production facility at Innova’s tire plant in Bengbu Anhui Province in anticipation for a contract bid for Giant Bicycles. Felloe partners visited the Bengbu plant to survey the facilities. “We are excited about the opportunity to partner with Innova Tire on this project” said company founder Josh Deetz. “Felloe is a research and development company and we are therefore keenly aware of the challenges of protecting our proprietary methods and technologies inside of China. We have called on the extensive expertise of the lawyers at Bruce Stone LLP to guide us in this endeavor. With our lawyer’s help, we have developed a strict methodology towards the protection of our intellectual property. We are therefore ready to move forward with this project pending a win of the contract bid.” Mr. Deetz continued.
